Refund policy

At Grandma’s Basement TCG, we specialize in authentic, factory-sealed trading card game products and collectibles. Due to the nature of sealed and collectible items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
