At Grandma’s Basement TCG, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping all factory-sealed trading card game products to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume releases or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking provided once your order has been fulfilled. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

 

Packaging

All sealed products are securely packaged to protect condition and integrity during transit. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging that may occur during shipping.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Grandma’s Basement TCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
